In a bid to bolster their bilateral ties, Oman’s Foreign Minister Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi and Philippine Foreign Secretary Maria Teresa Lázaro convened on the fringes of the third Oman-Philippines Forum. Their discussions centered on enhancing cooperation in various sectors such as trade, investment, logistics, tourism, energy, and technology.
The leaders recognized the significance of the Oman-Philippines Forum as a pivotal venue for fostering collaboration among governments, businesses, and academic institutions from both nations. They explored avenues to strengthen partnerships and underscored the importance of this platform in advancing mutual interests.
Acknowledging the robust relationship between Oman and the Philippines, the ministers commended the contributions of the Filipino community in Oman.
