ORLANDO, Florida – Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation has announced a significant strategic expansion for The Marriott Vacation Clubs™ across the Asia Pacific region. This initiative includes two new developments in Thailand and Bali, alongside a major team expansion in China.
The new Marriott Vacation Club, Khao Lak Beach Resort is scheduled to open on August 28, 2025, and will feature 52 two-bedroom apartments. This property will offer Owners and guests access to the extensive amenities of the adjacent JW Marriott Khao Lak Resort & Spa.
Furthermore, the company is introducing Marriott’s Enclave at Bali Nusa Dua Terrace, which will feature luxury accommodations equipped with private pools and full kitchens. To support this growth, the marketing call center in Shanghai will increase its staff by 45 associates to better serve the rising demand from Chinese and regional travelers.
